Overview

Made to your specification

Khairay Group manufactures swimwear for swimwear and activewear brands, swim clubs, schools and resort programmes. A swimwear range can include swim shorts, one-piece swimsuits, rash guards, swim tops and performance training suits, developed to your design, colours and size range.

Swim fabrics are stretch knits, so pattern, elastic tension and seam type decide how a garment fits and lasts in the water. We agree fabric, lining, elastic and construction in the specification and approve fit on a sample before bulk. Performance properties such as chlorine resistance or UV protection are only stated when tested for your fabric.

Swimwear performance claims

We only describe swimwear as chlorine-resistant, quick-drying or UV-protective (for example with a UPF rating) when that performance has been tested and documented for your fabric. Tell us any performance requirement in your brief so materials and testing can be planned before sampling.

Sampling & approval

From brief to bulk production

Sample development typically takes approximately 7 days after final design and material confirmation. Complex patterns, special fabrics, tooling, washes or revisions may require additional time. Bulk production lead time is confirmed in the quotation based on approved samples, order quantity, material availability and customization requirements.

Swimwear: buyer questions

Can you print all-over designs on swimwear?

All-over sublimation printing works on polyester-rich swim fabrics. Send your artwork; colours are approved on a strike-off or sample.

Can swimwear be chlorine-resistant or UV-protective?

Only where tested and documented for the fabric you choose. State the requirement in your brief so materials and testing are planned before sampling.

Do you make swimwear for clubs and teams?

Yes. Club and team swimwear can be made in your colours with names, logos and sizes for each member.

Can swimsuits include lining and cup pockets?

Front or full linings, shelf bras and removable cup pockets can be specified and are checked on the sample.
