  1. 01

    Sampling & pattern room

Your tech pack, sketch or reference garment is turned into a pattern and a first sample. This is where fit, construction and measurements are agreed before anything is cut in bulk.

    What you can check

    • Pattern and grading against your size chart
    • Sample construction and fit
    • Written sample comments and approval
  2. 02

Fabric, trims and labels for your order are received and checked against the approved specification — colour, weight and quantity — before cutting starts.

    What you can check

    • Fabric colour against approved reference
    • Trims, labels and hangtags against your spec
    • Material quantities for the order

    • Seam and stitch quality
    • Branding and label placement
    • In-line measurement checks
  5. 05

    • Finish compared with the approved sample
