Overview

Made to your specification

Khairay Group manufactures school uniforms for uniform suppliers, distributors and schools that need a complete range in their own colours and crest. One programme can cover everyday wear — polo shirts, formal shirts, trousers, skirts and sweatshirts — through to blazers and PE and sports kit, so colours and branding stay consistent across every garment.

Uniform ranges are reordered every school year, so we work from an approved sample and a written specification for each garment: fabric, colour reference, crest placement and size range. Children's sizes are graded from your measurement chart, and garments are labelled and packed to your instructions for distribution to schools or retail.

Children's clothing safety

Children's clothing must meet the rules of the market it is sold in — for example limits on cords and drawstrings, small parts, flammability, chemical content and labelling (such as EN 14682 in Europe or CPSC rules in the United States). We do not describe garments as tested or compliant unless that testing is documented for your project. State your destination market and any testing requirement in your brief.

Sampling & approval

From brief to bulk production

Sample development typically takes approximately 7 days after final design and material confirmation. Complex patterns, special fabrics, tooling, washes or revisions may require additional time. Bulk production lead time is confirmed in the quotation based on approved samples, order quantity, material availability and customization requirements.

FAQ

School Uniforms: buyer questions

Can you make the full uniform range in one programme?

Yes. Polos, shirts, trousers, skirts, blazers, sweatshirts and PE kit can be developed together so colours and crests match across the range.

Do you embroider school crests?

Crests are embroidered or applied as woven badges. Send your artwork and placements; size and thread colours are approved on the sample.

Can uniforms be reordered each school year in the same colours?

Tell us about reorder plans so approved samples and colour references are kept for repeat production.

Can you match our current uniform?

Send a current garment or its specification. Fabric, colour and fit are matched as closely as possible and approved on the sample.
